John Gray – Owner / Managing Director

John Gray has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Having owned and operated his own Health Clubs, his experience is second to none. John understands the needs of the fitness centre owner and the home user. He has an incredible knowledge of fitness equipment and the fitness industry. There isn't much John can't help you with!

John Kane – Management & Coordination Assistant

John is formally the owner of Gym Trade - the original commercial retailer of used gym equipment, now owned by Gray's Health and Fitness. John has been in the industry for over 15 years and has great passion for it. John continues to provide invaluable input into the Gym Trade part of the business as well as lending his expertise to areas of sales, marketing and general operations.

Kate – Sales & Delivery Coordinator

Kate is highly experienced in fitness retail and specializes in getting things done. From sales to dispatch and delivery, Kate is intrinsic in ensuring customers find the equipment they are after and that it is delivered promptly to the Grays quality standard.

Barbara – Accounts Manager

Barbara is Grays’ long time manager of accounts and keeps the books and financial activities of Gray’s Fitness in order and up to date.

Clive – Finance Coordinator

Clive is Grays main man for all financial dealings and also oversees Gray’s international import & export activities.

Julie – Administrative Assistant

Julie keeps the office in order and provides administrative support for all areas of the Gray’s business.

Leigh – Workshop Manager / Chief Technician

Leigh is our head engineer and workshop foreman who has an ability to do the impossible! He specialises in mechanics and electronics. Leigh tests and tags all electronic and motorised equipment and oversees all the refurbishment work. He has years of experience with commercial equipment.

Andrew – Technician / Quality Controller

With years of experience under his belt, Andrew is an all round expert in working with motorised equipment and specialises in refurbishment of treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers and steppers. Andrew ensures all reconditioned equipment meets the impeccable Gray’s standard.

Dawitt – Assistant Technician

Dawitt is a valued part of the technical team and assists in all aspects of the reconditioning of treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, and steppers.

Milo – Warehouse Manager / Chief Repairman

Milo is Gray's Health and Fitness longest serving team member, who has been with us from the very beginning. Milo looks after warehouse operations and the assembly and repair of gym equipment that arrives in Grays warehouses. Milo has years of experience in the industry and makes sure equipment is fully operational and up to Grays standard of quality.

Lou – Equipment & Dispatch Coordinator

Lou looks after the arrangement of equipment in the warehouse and gets equipment readied for delivery. Lou oversees the preparation and dispatch of equipment and ensures it is done safely and efficiently.

George – Equipment Finisher / Warehouse & Workshop Assistant

George specialises in fine detailing and finishing of equipment. George touches up refurbished machines and takes great care in packing them for transportation locally, nationally and internationally. George also performs various duties to help keep the warehouses and workshop operating smoothly.

Mrs. Milo – Warehouse Environment Controller

Mrs. Milo keeps Grays warehouses clean and secure and maintains a suitable environment for the housing of Grays gym equipment.

Geoff – Promotion & Marketing Coordinator / I.T. Controller

Geoff helps execute Gray's promotion and marketing strategies and coordinates the proper presentation and promotion of Grays products to ensure customers are kept up to date of available stock. Geoff also keeps Gray’s computers and I.T facilities operational.

Luke – Internet Marketing Controller

Luke is Grays’ expert in website design and internet marketing. Luke helps develop Gray's internet marketing strategies, keeps the design and content of graysfitness.com.au fresh and up-to-date and ensures Grays Fitness maintains a leading online presence.
