Warranty

At Gray’s Health and Fitness we pride ourselves in ensuring that our products are in excellent working condition before being delivered to a customer.

Gray’s Health & Fitness warrants that this Fitness Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. All warranty issues are at the discretion and authorization of Gray’s Health and Fitness only. Gray’s Health and Fitness reserves the right to firstly address and rectify any problem with the customer before determining that a technician will be used to carry out repairs.

During the warranty period, Gray’s Health & Fitness will either repair or replace, at the discretion of Gray’s Health & Fitness, the defective part(s) at no charge. Gray’s Health & Fitness will cover labour costs for any required repairs for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty does not include wear items, defined as but not limited to treadmill deck, running belt, motor brushes, drive belts, seats, pedal covers, hand grips and upholstery.

Additionally, Gray’s Health & Fitness does not provide warranty for the heart rate system performance on its products due to the fact that the heart rate system performance varies according to user physiology, fitness level, age, method of use and other factors. Any plastic pieces, coverings or shroud coverings may have minor scuffs and scratches as the equipment is not brand new. These plastic pieces are only replaced or repaired if broken.

All equipment must be regularly maintained. Running belt tracking and tension adjustments and other preventive maintenance procedures are the purchaser's responsibility and are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage or defacement to exterior appearance components of the product arising from abuse, misuse, careless transportation, accident, negligence, improper installation, lack of routine maintenance, non-standard service or handling, alteration in design or construction, or anything deemed as gross mishandling.
Gray’s Health & Fitness is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defect(s) in the product.

The warranty applies to metro areas and additional charges may apply if customer is located remote from metro areas.

The limited warranty described above is in addition to any implied warranties that may be granted to the purchaser by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE ARE LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. No one is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty on behalf of Gray’s Health & Fitness.

The warranties described above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period of time described above, shall constitute complete fulfilment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Gray’s Health & Fitness to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, and strict liability or otherwise. In no event shall Gray’s Health & Fitness be liable or in any other way responsible for damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than a Gray’s Health & Fitness Technical Representative or Authorized Service Contractor. Nor shall Gray’s Health & Fitness be liable or in any way responsible for any incidental or consequential economic or property damage.
